Prior to joining ACB, Nick was a Partner at an Am Law 100 firm—one of the largest 100 law firms in the United States.  Nick has represented a broad range of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individuals, in industries that include financial services, healthcare, real estate, and agriculture.  Drawing on his experience in “Big Law,” Nick combines sophisticated representation with the personalized, client-focused service of a small firm.

Clients turn to Nick for his personable approach and deep understanding of how legal issues affect them and their business. Throughout each representation, Nick seeks to glean a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and priorities.  He uses that background to craft tailored strategies that suit his clients’ needs.

When appropriate, Nick also looks for ways to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom on terms that are advantageous to his clients. He prides himself on crafting creative solutions to problems that promote his clients’ goals. Whether navigating complex litigation or negotiating a favorable resolution, Nick is committed to promoting his clients’ goals effectively and efficiently.

Before he began practicing law, Nick served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court. During law school, Nick was an Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review. Nick leverages that experience to craft persuasive written work product.

In his free time, you can find Nick spending time with his family; trying new craft beers; or cheering on the Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, or Arizona Wildcats.
